Bridget Harrell Fulton conducts classroom and driving instruction at Union Station 318.  She holds bachelor's and master's degrees from Northwestern State University as well as coursework extending beyond master's +30.  She holds a Louisiana teaching certificate with a driver education endorsement.  Mrs. Fulton is the librarian at Union Parish High School.
